Intrenet connection perfect but chat doesnt load

I’ve reinstalled flashed, forwarded ports, pretty much done everything. Happens on all browsers IE/FF/Chrome. The light is always red too.

mine stil doesn’t work, is anyone trying to fix it?

Alright i have followed every step in your tech support page and it is still showing the red plug in the top right corner of the chat. Why is it not working for me O.O

hi all , i have the same problem. today is the 3rd day.
my pc was broken and i was using my bfs laptop and thought it might be hes firewall or what ever and didnt worry.
but today i got my pc back and its the same.
the plug in , in my case is green but it says joining room all the time.
please fix

P.S just wanted to say tht i do get badges so its just not showing the chat

it doesnt work on any browers. tried FF , IE and chrome
chrome doesnt even log me in to kong it keeps loading and lodaing and the other 2 the chat keeps saying joining room

Mine just randomly started working again. Don’t know how it got fixed it just sorted itself out O.O. I am using firefox so i followed all the steps it said for firefox and it didn’t work…. Tried reseting my comp, tried reseting browser but nothing worked…Then came off for 10 mins went back on and it started to work again

MIne doesn’t again. It only works when it feels like it but most of the time it is stuck on game info loaded. It only started doing this yesterday and it is getting really annoying now.

Well that’s weird. To both of you, can you try clearing your recent cookies/cache?

I have tried that and nothing O.O. I can only get onto kong chat if i go on a game like chrystal saga otherwise it does game info loaded and that’s it. So don’t know what is going off but this is 3 days in a row now D:

Scoop3k, this is on Firefox, correct? Does it do the same thing in Google Chrome, or another web browser?

clearing recent cookies might help , but other than that, do you have anything that could slow down your connection?, also , try entering chat which are programmed for games, (like multiplayer most likely got one, like dreamworlds), ive already got the same problem and that helped. if it dosnt, then try restarting your rooter device. it takes about 5 minutes and solve about 70% connection problems, you disconnect it and reconnect and wait till the internet comes back
