monsters backyard is schrewed

i have put 20 euros to this game now today suddently my townhall stopped upraging i didnt get recourses back and i got only 1 builder so i hope someone in kongerate side fixes elsewise i will gonna demain my money backs and no i dont accept kreds

i had 4 builders, 3 just left

From what you described, I imagine that you might’ve started playing on another account. If that’s the case, it’s normal that your yard is new; saves are based on your account and not on the computer you are using. To return to your old yard, you simply have to login from your old account. If you don’t have any other accounts, it might be a bug. You can report a bug by clicking on the “report bug” button, below the game box, and describing the problem in the text box. If this is indeed a problem, the developer should return you the resources you lost in a few days.

It sounds like you might have logged onto the wrong account. Have you created multiple Kongregate accounts and accidentally went to play the game on the wrong one?

yes and all other bonuses i bought with rl money is gone

now maproom uprage finished and always when i go to game comes: ups error reload page again. everythink i paid with rl money is gone even my building are outside of the yard

yes it isnt but kongerate is the one who took my moneys

If the game is at issue, that’s not Kongregate’s fault. They fulfilled their part of the transaction by giving you kreds. The developers are the only ones who can change any issues with your game account. If something you tried to spend kreds on is broken, legally all they would be required to do is refund your kreds, not your money.

well i dont know about your countrys laws but if in game is a link to kongerates kreds buy place they are also rebonsible from the product.

Kreds are non-refundable, first of all. Secondly, if you made an in-game purchase, that’s the developer’s responsibility. Kongregate is just the middle man. You could try contacting kreds@kongregate.com but I’m not sure if anything will happen.

This. If the game ripped you off or is broken, Kongregate might lean on the developer to fix it or reverse the kred transaction so you get your kreds back. Kongregate is not required to refund your cash in the event of a faulty game transaction, only your kreds.
