What happen with Zong? (kreds by phone) witch which is the reason for that change?

It’s up to kongregate to decide their 3rd party kred provider and likely due monetary reasons, Kongregate decided to change their provider associate from Zong to Boku which unfortunately may not be available in your country, Chile
This was a setback for me too as it is significantly more expensive for me to use Boku and not Zong despite they’re both available in my country
I’m sorry, there’s little you can do. All you can give is feedback to either (or both!) Kongregate or Boku
and boku will reach Chile (my country) someday?
