I’m trying to purchase Kreds through PayPal, but after selecting a payment amount and logging in to PayPal I get these notifications:
“We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient’s website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow.”
“At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to KONGREGATE and try another option.”
I attempted this several times over the last couple hours. I checked PayPal and my PayPal account, and nothing appears out of the ordinary. I tried this transaction with Chrome and Firefox, failing with both.
I’ve successfully used PayPal several times before to purchase Kreds.
I used the “Buy Kreds” link from the My Kred Account page to access the pop-up. This bit works fine.
I’m not sure if this is a temporary problem or something is wrong with either of my accounts. I intend to retry the transaction later.
