Sacred Seasons Account Lost

I have recently signed on to Kongregate for the first time in years, and all my old favorites & achivements are still here, except for Sacred Seasons. That game doesn’t show that I ever played it, and I previously dropped a couple hundred dollars on points for it. I’m sure you must have a record of my Kong points purchase somewhere, not to mention my old achievements and levels at the game.

Perhaps the game developer decided to set a time limit before inactive accounts are automatically deleted to save up server space. You can find your Kreds purchase history by clicking X Kreds on the top right of the screen. You can ask the developer to give back the points by clicking “report bug” under the game box. When the new page loads, describe the issue and add a screenshot of your kred balance to prove you bought the points. You may also ask if your old game progress can be restored in the same report.

Hmm, afaik, the account information for Sacred Seasons is kept on their own servers. So, this would not be a Kong issue, but a ss issue and you’d probably have to contact the game owner. But if it’s not automatically showing the correct account there are only a few options: either you’re not using the correct account, the account info got deleted, the account info got lost, or someone else has started using the account info. All of which seem pretty hard to solve at first sight. Don’t get your hopes up of getting it back, I’d say. Maybe my premise is wrong though, in which case you may feel free to completely ignore all the above. =D
