Whenever I click on an offer it counts down from 5 or I click continue it brings me to a screen thats says “There was an error connecting you to ___________”. Or sometimes it will says the advertiser has made the offer unavailable for now or the offer is gone, then later it will say that there was an error connecting you. Some offers works, but mostly every single one will not work. All I need is 14 more Kreds to reach my goal and I want to buy Norton for my parents and brother which would give me 100 Kreds. I have tried to do offers on multiple computers and web browsers. I really want a solution to this because I have been waiting for days when all I need is a few Kreds. Thanks in advance!

You can check the status of a pending offer. Visit the Get Kreds page, click “Fund your account," choose “Earn Free Kreds” and click “Support.” Here you can see if the system has registered you’ve done it— and just pending. If so, give it a day or so. If you’re still not receiving it, or if it’s not there, you’ll have to contact TrialPay’s customer support about it.

I’m not having problems receiving Kreds, I can’t even get to the offer because it says TrialPay can’t connect you. I only need 14 more Kreds and I just did an offer which should give me 10 Kreds but I havn’t gotten them yet so I sent a support ticket, but I really only need like 4-14 more Kreds. I really want to do the Norton offer so can someone please help?

Dear TrialPay Users,
Thank you for bringing our attention to this issue, and I am very sorry for any inconvenience or confusion you may have encountered when attempting to complete our partner offers.
In general, most of our offers are only available to be completed once per person or household. Furthermore, since our offer inventory is always changing, not all offers that were previously available will be eligible for completion to receive Kreds.
However, in order to assist you better regarding this issue, please contact us directly at generalsupport@trialpay.com with this post’s URL link. This way, we can locate your account history with TrialPay and assist you with the issue at hand.
Again, I am sorry for the trouble or confusion that you have experienced. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Regards,
Amanda Chester

No wonder… I’ve been paranoid about this also. It happened to me today also. I got the same message as well on pc, but never on the phone: “There was an error connecting you to trialpay offer".
I thought they blocked me or something completing too many offers or using a paid temp card, lmao. Just a big heads up, that email above they sent me the same thing. It didn’t even counter-reply onto the question I sent them. “Why can’t I click on any offers selected?”.

Don’t think they know what they were talking about
I live alone, and I tried, I did the first one fine, but every other offer has had the error message, and when it happens the offer is removed. I was on the phone with a friend who clicked the same ad AFTER I did and got the error and it worked, so I have no clue whats going on. I even tried ads you need to pay or subsribe a card to and it wouldn’t work.

I’ve got the same problem here, clearing cookies didn’t help.
Offers that I’m trying are ones that I haven’t done before.
