Page broken or Kongbot can't find (Google Crome)?!

Every time I play Backyard Monsters I will click on gifts it will bring me to a page that says “uh-oh Somethings broken” or something similar. I hope you can fix this soon because I always have to refresh and this is getting a little annoying. I have a link to show you:

Lets Just say there are two players in Heroes of Gaia that have hacked the game and been running Bot programs on the game server and snail or kongregate will not do anything about them. Players Dice and Khaidhun are the two hackers. then they also gave bot programs to most of their other guild members. Do not spend any money on the game Heroes of Gaia, its hacked and you would be wasting your time playing that game.
