BeGone:Guerra badges

I have a problem with getting badges in that game. Scores is not sending/updating and archivment stay at:
“100 Enemies Killed [You need 100 more]”

In any high scores from “this week” list is empty. Noone played it for week or is it broken :| ?

Game runs fine, just not updating scores.

The game API recently broke so you’ll have to send a report to the administration so it manually awards you the badge. To do so, click “report missing achievements” in the achievements tab of the chat box, describe the issue in the text box and upload a screenshot proving you filled the requirements (Ie: In-game scoreboards).

The problem is that i can’t get a prove for getting 100 kills/3 team wins. There is no in-game scoreboard, only match kills/deads but it reset at end of match…

I imagine the last resort would be to screenshot the results of all individual matches and then send them all in the report. Since only one image is allowed, you can add more screenshots by uploading them in an image sharing website and adding links in the text box. I want to remind you that each screenshot must include your username in it (The one with the green plug on the upper-right corner of the game box) to prove they were all made by you.

Alternatively, you could probably attach all of the screen shots together into one larger image and submit that, that’s probably an easier thing for the administration to look at, and I’m pretty sure that it’s allowed, as long as each image itself is valid within the collection.

I don’t know if it is possible, but how about a fix for this? Looks like a better solution me. Is it Kong’s error or Nplay’s?
i can’t imagine they will leave it this way so I’m curious to know.

Edit: Posting one file with muptiple partial screenshots is impossible, since that file exceeds 2 mb

Its even a shame when there’s not a ‘report a bug’ tab, it was never there on that game, how are we all supposed to report kong about this now??

There should be a “Report a bug” link on the game page, unless the developer’s disabled that. There’s also an in-chat /bug command you can use, or you can message the developer directly from their profile. Kongregate doesn’t need to know about game bugs because it’s not their responsibility to fix them. Konogregate only hosts the games, it’s up to the developer to maintain and update the games they upload.

I play this game today, 2nd of April, don’t get my badges, and I came here to learn that the problem has been going on since August… After 7 months and no solution, maybe Kong should consider REMOVING these badges?
