I started a new account today and signed into the game. Then when i exited and signed into my normal account i was stuck in the tutorial map again. I can see on the bottom of the screen that I’m still level 39 but i still load into the level 2 yard.

Now it doesn’t even load anything. Says “Incorrect map version.”

In-game problems are dealt with by the respective developers and not the website so you’ll have better chance if you contact the game developers directly. For this, click “report bug” under the game and describe the issue in the report page.

Feel free to post in the Backyard Monsters forum as well. There might be another thread with the same issue and a solution for you.
