apostrophe's in the activity feed

when an apostrophe is used in an expanded “[user] posted in [thread]” update, it shows as &#_8217; (minus the underscore since the decimal value transforms into the symbol.. bottom ones dont show the _’s?)

I’m not sure if this affects character counts for when showing the limited text before “… (read more)” (i believe its actually measured whit 14 words but I’m not certain)

I also dont know if its just me seeing this or if its a known bug experienced my everyone.

The HTML leak glitch is experienced by everyone, I’m sure the developers already put this in their to-do-list by now.
