I have completed 2 or 3 surveys but i still have yet to get the kred profit from them please help.

Since Kongregate doesn’t directly manages offers but TrialPay does, you should contact TrialPay instead. To report missing Kreds, go here, click “fund your account”, “earn free Kreds”, “support” and select the envelope icon near the offer, which will lead to a reporting page. I also want to remind that offers will not award Kreds unless they are successfully completed. That said, if the survey ends because you do not enter the researched demographic, you will not receive Kreds.
