Fantasy-Online login errors!

Hey! I need help!

I didn’t register off from the forums or the official fantasy-online website, I automatically registered on Kongregate’s ad/page (it first allowed me to give myself a ‘nickname’ for myself and I began playing the rpg, and stuffs), there it didn’t show me to agree to the ‘terms of service and private policy’ thing either. And because of my weird registration off of Kongregate, I tried to log-in Fantasy-Online(on the Kongregate website) the 3rd time but it won’t let me log-in. (hence, I was able to log back in the 2nd time on the official website of Fantasy-Online)… but when I logged in to the forums here on FO Forums, I went back to the official FO webpage to log myself in, but I couldn’t… instead, after hitting the “PLAY” button on the page and sending me to the game screen, the screen only displayed this: http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o148/KatXYZ/My%20Sonic%20characters/ScreenShot2012-09-15at40707PM.png I tried to hit the login button twice, but the screen keeps coming back to the same error

So I switched FO back on to Kongregate, but upon taking me to the game, it only gave me this:http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o148/KatXYZ/My%20Sonic%20characters/ScreenShot2012-09-15at40645PM.png Is there perhaps a bug in my Yvettia account?

What do you think? Did I do something wrong? Is my account ‘messed-up’ or something? What’s going on? Can you please, please help me? Please. I want to play Fantasy-Online as soon as possible.

P.S. I’m using a Mac OS X with version 10.7.2 and Safari, could my mac be the problem, or was it my weird registration off from Kongregate? Please help!

You may want to file a game bug report with the developer about this and see if it’s an error they can fix.

I sent an e-mail on the support page yesterday already…. but still no replies… How long do they usually reply, BTW?

They, technically, don’t have to reply. It’s whenever they do.

Have you tried posting on their support forum? http://www.fantasy-mmorpg.com/forums/support

Does it still show the same error when you try playing here? There were some technical difficulties around the time of your first post.

Perhaps a bug error in my system? What do you guys think?

Does it do this from other web browsers besides Safari?
