Hi,
just wondering: sometimes we receive emails with Kongregate Bug Report. It has the user name of the person who wrote it, but how can we find this person in Kongregate if we want to reply by “shout”? If we use the Search option, it doesn’t find anything. :(

well if you know their username than you can just put http://www.kongregate.com/accounts/(username here) as the url and it should go to their profile

Redsnake’s solution is unfortunately the best one until we can fix our damn search.

ya, put i in tech support, or how bout this…an individual tech support page with faqs for game problem for developers?

There is one better: Go to google and write “Kongregate (username)”. Works 100%.
