Downloadable games installation

When I install a downloadable game I don’t get asked where I want it installed. The way I have my system set up I don’t install anything on my C drive. But if downloadables default to install there I will quickly run out of room. If they are all made this way I am sorry to say I will not be able to download another one.

You should be able to set the download destination.

Normally internet downloads will go to your “Downloads” folder, unless otherwise specified. You should be able to go to your browser’s settings and see where the folder is at.

I am not talking about the destination of the download. When I install the game it does not ask me where I want to install it. It just installs it.(Presumably on the C: drive, maybe under the Users folder).

Ah, it should go to “Program Files” in your C: folder.

@Zshadow: That makes sense. I just wish it would let me decide. I install all my apps/games on my D drive.

Will there ever be any way to play downloadable games on Mac?
Maybe a Mac Download option somehow?
