game won't load

have tried logging in with two different computers but my game won’t load and hasen’t in almost a week!!! any ideas how to get my game fixed! :(

back yard monsters. tried everything! hubby can log in his fine. but mine just says won’t load. it realoads to the same thing everytime. been i week since i could last long in. i can see attacks, buy shiney, but can’t load actuall game.

Sounds like an issue with your account then. You’ll want to file a game bug report with the developer.

Patience. The response can be up to 3-5 business days, but it’s usually quicker. Also, contrary to popular belief, sending multiple e-mails doesn’t make the response faster. :( If anything, it just bogs them down because they have that many more e-mails to read.
