game progress gone, google chrome

Sorry to repost this if it has been already answered.

I am using Google chrome.when I play like cursed treasure or knightmare tower, close the browser, reopen couple hours later, poof game progress gone. I am sure I have everything set so no cookies get deleted on closure. I have CCleaner but I don’t run that. I have tried Firefox and it will save my game saves but so that so unstable it will shut my cpu down 90% of the time. Suggetions? Thanks in advance.

Can you double check your settings?

Well you actuwally want cookies for a game so it can track your progress also i would righ tclick the game and go to ‘’global settings’’ and when there make sure u are atleast giveing 1mb of space to be stored on your pc

Thanks for reminding me of storage, thought, grayson. rawg, you’re better off setting it to Unlimited. The save files don’t take up much room so it’ll never be an issue, but setting it to Unlimited ensures that you never need to approve a storage increase.

I went to settings,show advance settings,content settings, manage exceptions, added kongregate. So far so good, fingers crossed, thanks guys.

Please set your Storage to Unlimited.

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I was doing good, clicking like a madman on Knightmare tower and clicked off screen on the stupid tim hortons tassimo thingy and when I clicked go back, all my game progress was gone. :( :( :(
Help me Obiwan Kenobi’s you are my only hope,or I quit progress type games.

Thanks Zshadow tried everything, still no luck. I’ve resorted to play progress type games on internet explorer. Slower, but so far no lost game progress, knock on wood.

update Had to install windows which meant reinstalling google chrome. Everything is good now. I see the sol files now in the proper shared folder. I will back those up every so often too. Thanks again.
