Keyboard issues

My keyboard works perfectly fine, but it won’t respond when I try playing a game. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? (I am on a laptop so I can’t disconnect my keyboard and plug it back in)

Yes I am. Why is there a issue using Chrome because it worked fine a couple of days ago?

Thank you hopefully it would work now. (But Adobe updated since then and changed the file names, if it does no work I will copy and paste the software names onto this post and hopefully someone could walk me through it)
