Didn't receive instant kreds after signup

I signed up for Blockbuster online through Kongregate to earn the 140 kreds and after successfully signing up I did not receive the kreds in my account. If the offer didn’t say the kreds would appear instantly I would be a little more patient, but the offer did say it would be instant.

Any ideas guys?

See this post for information on the topic. Basically, you’d have to contact TrialPay about this, it’s not something Kongregate can do anything about.

It depends on the terms of the offer. The information 123aaa789 provided is correct.

Yes,but i have seen the offer but it says you have to sign up and pay for the service.. its not free.. im only asking if he bought it…

Near each offer, there are specified requirements to receive your kreds. Make sure you have completed each requirement. If there is still an issue, offers for kreds are by Trialpay. Contact them, Kongregate is not responsible for kred offers issued by Trialpay.
