Cant buy kreds

I cant buy kreds because I keep getting this message even when I put the information in correctly:

“Help us protect your account

To prevent fraudulent credit card charge we require additional information for players who’ve spent more than a certain amount. Please fill out the following information to help us verify your account and contact you if there are any problems."

Usually if you buy a big amount of krends like 50 or 100 dollars, they might think your using someone elses credit card and information, i suggest you contact support@kongregate.com for more help.

I tried and they respond like every two days. I told them tell what they need and ill give to them, even if its a pic of my driver license…its annoying man.

So you’ve been in contact with the administrators? They’ll help you the best they can and try to have patience.

The admins are very busy, they have to run this popular site remember, im sure they will answer you sooner or later.

Which web browser are you using? Does the form not complete on other web browsers as well?
