I need change my username to Dewrimo

Old: dewrimo
New: Dewrimo

I’m getting confused here. Are members of kongregate allowed to change their username? Some say they can’t, some say they can.

A username can be changed in the following situations:
1. The username has been changed to del#. (not 100% sure about this, but it makes sense.)
2. The account was created by Facebook Connect which uses the user’s real name. The user can change it themselves in the first 30 days.
3. They want to change the capitalization of a letter in their name.
4. It’s a privacy violation, inappropriate or they’re being harassed because of their username.

All other instances, the answer is no.
