While this is not a complaint, I do want to ask how you run your website. For example what would a regular day be like, how much do you get paid, and is it what you thought it would be. Also, how did you get your connection to Gamestop?

The administrator’s salaries are kind of a really personal question. :S
Gamestop acquired (bought) Kongregate in 2010 (?).

I believe the administrators are paid in Kreds and Gamestop giftcards.

Employees of Kongregate get paid real money (it’d actually be illegal to pay us in Kreds.) Each administrator has a different role on the site, though some of them share common responsibilities. For example, we have programmers who help create the site and its features, we also have graphic designers, achievement coordinators, community representatives, advertising agents, marketing team members, and product engineers.
