Spiral Knights unplayable on Kong now?

I don’t know if this topic has been on the forum already, though I have to admit, I rather not dig up a dead post. But honestly its been about two months since the last major update on Spiral Knights page, that added the Guild Hall. After this update, many players reported that they could no longer log onto Spiral Knights, because of an error. Many forums were created inside the SK game thread, but so far no solution has become available.
I would just like to know if Kongregate is trying to fix this problem, and if any progress has been made for it.

On a side note, I would really love to just know my account information for spiral knights, so I could log in from another area. I payed actual cash (Kreds) to get in-game content such as elevator passes, and cannot even take advantage of them before they expire thanks to the auto-log in Kongregate has done everytime Spiral Knights was launched…… It’s wasting my hard earned Kreds D:

Kongregate only hosts the games, the maintenance, development and any in-game issues fall under the developers responsibility. The only thing you can do, really, is to contact the developer by clicking the “Report a Bug” link and filling out the report accordingly. That’ll be sent directly to the developer, but it’s at their discretion as to whether they do anything about it or not…

I’ve now sent a bug report. What you’ve said makes sense, and I understand that a reply will take a while, if one comes at all.

I do still have a question for Kongregate, being what is the account information generated in-game.
When Spiral Knights is launched, you are automatically logged into the game, and allowed to pick the knights on that account. Because of this, no players from Kongregate can play on any other medium than Kong. Is there any chance we can know this log-in information? Then we can at least access our knights in the event this happens.
