Hi there everyone!

Need your help!

I have chosen on of the free earning options of kreds

I have registered on this EuroGrand Casino and followod all of the following steps

“Register for a Eurogrand account, download the application and make an initial deposit of $20 or more within the application. You must download the application to receive credit. You must play at least one game or make a bet. You must be a new user.”

It was written that kreds will be confirmed instantly. However have not recieved anything yet…..

Once more help!!!

Thanks a lot for your response:) However I do not have TrialPay account. Should I use the one that i use on kongregate? sorry I am new so I might ask such quesstions..

I had an issue to it was an offer for 800 kreds i was signing up for a discover card i used valid info and comepleted the offer didnt get approved and didnt get my kreds. why? it says i should get the kreds whether i got accepted or not pls help!

You have to get approved first, before you do any other Free Offers, read what you have to do to receive your kreds.

You can also try contacting TrialPay. The best way to contact kongregate is via support@kongregate.com, which usually takes 2-3 days to respond.
