It must have thought I was logged out, when I was actually logged in, and when I clicked the “Report Comment” button, it did this:
:D Nice bug, but the real bug is that it shows you that your logged in but your really logged out.
It’s funny, that’s not the only place I have seen the “page within a page” when logged out. It also happened when I tried to leave a shout, but forgot I was logged out.
