Linking My PowerUp Rewards Account Issues

Today I linked my PowerUp Rewards card to my Kongregate account and noticed that I was subscribed to Kong Plus, even though I never signed up for it. I am just asking if this is just a free bonus with the PowerUp Rewards linking or a mistake?

I just remembered another problem. The sign up stated that I would receive 250 PowerUp Rewards points for linking my accounts. I did not receive said points, so I am just wondering why that is. Thank you!

No, receiving Kong Plus was not a mistake. As stated here, you now receive a free one-year membership of Kong Plus for linking your Power Up Rewards account.

As for the 250 PUR Points, you should have received that as well. Try waiting 24 hours for the points to be awarded, if not contact Kongregate using the email “eProdigy” posted or contacting GameStop at PowerUp@GameStop.com.
