The support forum is mainly used for website issues. You should instead report the bug to the game developer by clicking “report bug” in the info section, under the game box.
You’ll need to contact the developer about that! Click the “Report a Bug” link on the game page and fill out the report with as much detail as possible. It’ll be sent directly to the developer. :)
