Didn’t get a badge when you should have? Check for the little light in the top right corner of the chat. If the light was green and you still didnt get a badge, you can
▪ Visit the “Contact Us” page (it should be highlighted for you in the navigation bar at the top of this page) at http://www.kongregate.com/feedbacks/new, and select “Report Missing Card or Badge”, and on that page:
▪ Fill out a brief description of the issue to help us understand the problem you’re experiencing.
▪ Upload a screenshot of your game, proving that you met the requirements for the badge or card that you are requesting. Requests must include a screenshot of proof to have the badge or card added manually to your account. Requests without proof will be denied in most cases.
Please do not make a new thread for every badge you didnt get.
