Kreds aren’t refundable, unless legally required, sadly. :(
However, it seems like it’s an in-game issue. So, scroll down a little bit, click the “Report a Bug” link, fill it out and let the developer know! I’m sure they’ll do their best to get it fixed as quickly as possible.
