tried to play the game but the site kept crashing as I clicked it
Have you tried this in a different browser? Also, what browser are you using? If you need more help, contact an adminstrator on this issue.
I was having a problem with Mozilla Firefox recently, turns out my browser needed to be updated. Try uninstalling the browser and re-installing it, it should solve the problem.
