You are not the only one and when I refreshed the page playing Bloons Tower Defense I got busted back to rank 1 from rank 69 and lost all my monkey money.
Badges don’t appear to be working either, Ones I’ve earned in 2009 say I need to earn them.

It’s a connectivity issue, game pages aren’t signing you in.
