Problem with receiving PowerUp Rewards points

When I attained the Badge of the Day, the words that appeared said that I received my Kongregate points as well as my PowerUp Rewards points. However, upon checking my PowerUp Rewards points at the site, the my points are not there even as the card activity shows. Although I linked the accounts much earlier than now, how is it possible that I am not receiving these points? Please, help!

It may take a day or so for the Badge of the Day points to show up on poweruprewards.com. Let me know if you still experience problems.

Are you sure you’re linked? If you go to www.kongregate.com/poweruprewards it’ll tell you if you are linked or not.

Yes, I am sure that I am linked. The message that I received said this: “Hmm, we’re finding an error. Loyalty card number is already linked.”

When you go to the powerup rewards page, do you see:

if not, it may mean that your PUR number may be linked to another one of your accounts.

Yes, I do have another account, which I found after recovering password. Thank you for your support.
