When I type something, Mr. Kongregate Notice says,
Kongregate Notice: To prevent spamming, we’ve limited how fast you can submit messages. Please try again.
However, I waited for a minute and it does not work. I’ve waited for some minutes and it does not work. I have to rely on dazzer to tell that I’ve banned someone.
Is this a feature or a technical error? Or is just to make me shut up :’(
