If you see the offer on the offer wall, sign up, and complete the requirements; then you should get the listed reward.

Go to the Kreds page → Fund your account → Free kred offers

The kreds page is down right now. I can see the offers but when I click on them, nothing happens and an error page appears. The support link also says nothing can be found and a error message pops up.

It works fine for me (in fact, I just got 20 Kreds for completing an offer). What browser are you using? Do you have any extensions or add-ons active? Have you scanned for malware (not viruses, but malware)? What error are you getting?

Abell379: if you’re seeing an error, providing us with a screenshot of the error message will help us diagnose the problem.

This is the same problem I and several others have had for several weeks now. You’ll get no real solution. You can send emails and post screen caps and the like, but it won’t do any good. You’ll get little to no help from trialpay or Kongregate. Someone from tech staff, like jcklor, will mention something about checking with trialpay for connection issues, but you’ll not get anything after that. You’ll simply be ignored. The apologists will occasionally swing by to vomit out snark and condescension, but that’s about it.

One thing, Kong can’t do anything about this…nothing as Jclor said contact TrialPay it’s their issue not Kong’s.

If Kongregate can’t do anything to help kongreate members access offers from one of kongregate’s partners, then why is a kongregate staff member asking kongregate members to provide screen shots of the problem so kongregate can investigate?

I’m not trying to be a dick, but do you guys even think about what you’re saying?

Kongregate can usually tell what the problem is from a screenshot! But if it’s serverside as you have said yourself then Kong can do nothing. Also another thing TrialPay and Kong aren’t partners their just supported by TrialPay.

He’s having the exact same problem that myself and others were reporting. The complaint is word-for-word the same. So why then are some told they can’t be helped, others are told something is being done, but no one is actually doing anything.

As for your important observation on the nature of the relationship between the two parties, if Kongregate is being supported by Trialpay, or vice versa, please tell me what semantic label you wish for them to be referred to, and I will endeavor to label them as such, for your personal satisfaction.

Whatever the relationship, I would hazard a guess that they are in some sort of contact, and as such, possess the ability to communicate back and forth. That said, I continue to believe as a paying member of kongregate that I am not out of line to inquire as to why I am not being afforded the same opportunities as other members of this esteemed website.

TrialPay will buy you Kreds if you do the offers they have in your region. Some regions have lots of offers. Some regions have none. That is the nature of the relationship. It is no different than if I offer you 100 kreds to shovel my driveway or to mow my lawn.

As shared in the other thread you posted this same issue in, those in Kongregate have offered to contact TrailPay for you since you don’t seem to be able to. It is not surprising that this is taking them a while to get a hold of someone since you yourself also don’t get any response from them.

You seem to keep missing the point that it is not a Kongregate issue. It isn’t the Kongregate servers that are not available. It is not the Kongregate service that you can’t access. I have a Kroger card (Kroger is a supermarket) that gives me discounts at Shell gas stations. Today I went to fill my car up with gas at the Shell gas station only to find that they were out of gas. Now, what I didn’t do is to yell at the employees of Kroger asking why I can’t fill up my car with gas.

(1) What semantic title would you like for me to apply to the relationship that kongregate has with trialpay?

(2) If it is taking time to contact trialpay, then jclor or someone else working on this could at least say, “Sorry guys, no response yet, but we’re still working on it.” Allowing days to go by without no contact whatsoever is not even close to professional.

(3) As for trying harder not to be a dick, you should take your own advice. If you’re a professional, I don’t imagine it should be too hard.

I am not sure it really matters what you call it. The important thing is that TrialPay is not part of Kongregate. TrialPay is another company that provides code that can be inserted into a website (much like how Google inserts ads into a website). If a company (such as Kongregate) does this then they can send workers that want/expect that website’s currency as a reward. TrialPay gets workers. Kongregate gets kreds sold.

If TrialPay isn’t able or willing to offer you work (either due to the fact that there is none to offer or TrialPay is experiencing technical difficulty), that sucks. But there really isn’t anything Kongregate can do about it that you can’t do yourself.

That is funny. In the other thread you said you got a response from Kongregate:

Nikhil"

I am sorry you are not happy with the response. It seems though that you want to take out your frustration with TrialPay on the workers and volunteers here at Kongregate. That really won’t make you many friends here.

1.) Call it exactly as i have called it! Kong supports TrialPay, that’s it. Many sites use TrialPay for offer services(EX. Facebook).

2.) To answer this question! Jclor and thee other admins don’t have time to cater to your every need. They have other things to do, like fix other issues that Kong can directly relate too! Jclor isn’t going to drop everything he is doing to figure out a TrialPay issue(that’s their job). There two totally different companies and both go about things differently. Please keep in mind that Kong admins are very busy and have no obligations or duties to “babysit” TrialPay issues. Chances are TrialPay already knows about the issue and is already working to fix it! These things take time, patience is a virtue.

3.) Pip has no intentions of being a “dick” and i agree with Pip. We’ve already answered your question several times! We try our best to answer your questions in a respectable and reasonable manner, so please be respectful of others. We’re not forced to be here, it’s strictly volunteer as Pip has said.

Exactly. You’re volunteers. I’m looking for someone from kongregate (preferably the guy in tech support who previously responded to our issue and said he would check it out) to give me an update. Save yourself some time and energy, and go volunteer your services when and where they might be of some use. I am sure there are members here who have simpler problems, and would find your suggestions of getting a job and buying the kreds themselves useful.

As for me, I simply ask that the employee who is paid to provide tech support give us an update on what he said he was doing, i.e. contacting Trialpay about users having connection issues.

Good. You already got what you wanted. Maybe we can close this thread out now.

You posted yourself the reply you got from Kongreate after they tried to contact TrialPay. I will paste it again since you seemed to have missed my earlier post about it:
