chat login fail

I’m logged in according to the box at the top screen, but when I go to load a game, I’m not logged into chat, and when I go to log in, it just sits there spinning.

Worked fine earlier today.

robotmonkeys – would you be able to take a screenshot and show us? Also, do you see a green plug, and is your name next to the green plug? Also, what browser(s)?

Note to Tech Support regulars: we have a potential new bug (not sure if it’s new or just something we hadn’t noticed before) where sometimes a green plug will appear but the username won’t be next to it and stuff won’t function. Might be worth asking people if the username is there in addition to asking if they have the green plug. Please lemme know if you find someone who’s seeing just the green plug. Thanks!
