Dragon Age: Journeys and EA servers

I only manage to save once every 15 or 30 tries, this is making the game very difficult and nearly impossible to earn the badges (want to try the other classes but can’t save my last hour of progess with the Hard-mode run I’m on). I know it’s not Kongregate’s fault that the EA servers fail to connect, but it looks like this game was badged without testing or something.

Do you know if it’s a certain timeframe that EA’s servers are down for maintenance? If I knew that, it’d be easier to plan on playing when the save function works.

Do you know if, when leaving the game, you can come back and restore your last auto-save instead of your last hard save? This wouldn’t make it easier for me to try other classes (since that would replace my auto-save), but still make it easier for me to leave and come back later.

An answer to either question would greatly assist me in working this out and getting back to participating in the new event, thanks a lot!

I have no problems saving.. Maybe your firewall is blocking the connections?

I had no problems the second time I attempted to save, it went through fine. Since then, I’ve been unable to save again, either to that slot OR to a different slot. The first time I just had to try twice.

If it didn’t work at all, I’d think it was my firewall or one of my settings, but it worked. Once. And then won’t reconnect.

I was able to save earlier just fine, but now it says I am not logged in. I can log into the EA site, so I know I typed everything correctly. I haven’t been able to save for a couple hours now.

i’m trying to conect with the ea sever but it wont let me connect if you know why this is happening please coment on this

Unfortunately I’m having the same problem…managed to save the first time, then it says that my password is wrong, when it’s not. I changed it a few times and I’m still receiving the same error msg.
