What does this mean for me? You will always be able to play your favorite games on Kongregate. However, certain site features may suddenly stop working and leave you with a severely degraded experience.

If you’re having issues with **spending or purchasing** kreds (or anything related) please email [email@example.com](mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org). They’ll be very happy to help you sort out any kred related issues (much better than we can here!).

If you didn't recieve your "Kongregate Explored" reward, you only get that once across all your accounts. It is not something that you can earn multiple times on multiple accounts.

If you’re having issue with any **free Kred offers** on Kongregate, or to check the status of a pending offer, use this link and put your username in the link where it says “username” **(this means you actually need to edit the link by putting your username IN the actual link as it is just a generic link)**:
