Problems with chat rooms and badges

Hi!
I have a problem the site of kongregate, i can play at any game, but the chat doesen’t load and i can’t get badges.
I can’t understand what is the problem, I have just tryed to shut down the firewall but the problem persist.
I really don’t know what to do can you help me?

Try using a different browser, clear your cache, run/ scan viruses/ computer.

My computer is new just two weeks old, and i use firefox, with IE it doesent load games.
so what du u think i should try?

I’m having the same issue :(. I can play the games fine but I can’t earn any achievements and the chat window doesn’t load. I receive a connection failed error.

Same issue here, the chat doesn’t load, and I cant get any badges or cards…

Its not just failed connection either… The chat doesn’t load period; there is just a big gray box next to every game

come on! sombody who can help us?
