hyphen = font size change?

I was posting in Serious Discussion at random today and used what I normally use as an unobstrusive separation (three hyphens – anytime there’s a hyphen alone), instead of hr, which apparently changes the font size of the paragraph above it. I’m not sure if it’s intended, but I don’t think that it is.

  • Actually it is Intended. Pssssttt… I think.
  • To create a list.
  • Type a Star thing at the start of a line then hit the space bar then start typing what you want to, you will now be able to create lists by having a star at the start of each line.

Probably textile formatting but I could you post a screen shot of the Raw tags behind the post itself I’d Like to be able to determine exactly what’s going on.

Hm. When I use hyphens, it creates a strikethrough.

 Use the <pre> ...
tags to show the “raw text” (preformatted).

Edited it into the first post.

At least that what I believe, the way text is handled on this forum is very different, and the smallest things quirk it.

for instance in my formatting guide (part 2) I cover how to overcome have ting to make multiple bq. quotes by adding a br tag. in between the quoted lines.
