Badge & Challenge Problems

Didn’t get a badge when you should have? Check for the little light in the top right corner of the chat. If the light was green and you still didnt get a badge, you can

   ▪ Visit the “Contact” page at http://www.kongregate.com/feedbacks/new, and select “Report Missing Card or Badge”, and on that page:

   ▪ Fill out a brief description of the issue to help us understand the problem you’re experiencing.

   ▪ Upload a screenshot of your game, proving that you met the requirements for the badge or card that you are requesting. Requests must include a screenshot of proof to have the badge or card added manually to your account. Requests without proof will be denied in most cases.

Please do not make a new thread for every badge you didnt get.

Hopefully indeed, but Arcane, there are also a TON of these posts in the Kong board. A quick suggestion…perhaps make a second one of these there, too?

Well, I’ve included a link to this thread in the “General Information (read before making a thread)” sticky. If they dont read that before making a thread, they probably wont read any of the other stickies. We’ll see though, maybe Ill create a topic that links over to this one.

For some of the games(hoverbot) having the cookies prevents me from getting the badge after someone else has on my computer, is it possible to delete those individual cookies? or should I just send a screen shot?

I didnt take a screenshot, mainly becuase it was late at night, but once beating bloons TD with all 40 lives I got neither the badge OR the card. Any one else having this problem??

Tips: Whenever you’re going for a badge or a card challenge, please look at the circle on the top right corner of the chat. If it’s green, you’re connected to the statistics/success, if it’s yellow, it’s neutral/loading, if it’s red, you’re not connected at all/failed.

Yes ParentalAbuse, I talked to quite a few people on Scribbles earlier today who had had the same experience, including me. It might have been because the chat was lagging, which it was in my case and soon after that disconnected. But you’ll have to play it again, and if you still don’t get a badge, take a screenshot for proof this time.

Beat the current challenge only to not get my badge… Didn’t realize I had to be connected to chat. Any help here? Can’t seem to connect to the chat servers at all. :(

I was playing Line Game with the green light on the chat but I don’t get the impossible badge and my time is les than 200 (195.03). I have the screenshot:

In case you haven’t noticed by the way, you need to have under 200 in keyboard mode.

i was playing line game, and i needed to beat E on keyboard, i beat everything else, i beat it twice and it still said 999, but then i created a new tab and beat it again on that

the terrascape gaunlet badge wont come, no matter what i do, can you fix the bug or does the badge HAVE to be won on gearbot?

Paul- you didn’t get the badge because you have to get under 200 in keyboard mode, not mouse mode

Rotazion is funky right now beause of the pause bug, I had about 78k, then paused so I could chat something, and the score skyrocketed above 300k, so the bug is making it to where you can’t get the badge if you use it.

my keyboard scores are my mouse scores and vice versa. i am very very p*ssed off cos i spent over an hour trying to do ‘e’ with the keyboard and when i finally do, it does this! so friggin’ annoying!!! (i have the mouse badges obviously, but i want my deserved keyboard badge please)

SuitedCriminal, that was a known bug that got fixed a few days ago, and the new version was uploaded. Try refreshing your browser and cleaing out your temporary internet files, and you should hopefully get the new version without the level E bug.

Also, how the heck is that proof?

its proof because it actually happened. if i could have made a video, i would have, but i didnt know it happened at the time. also, i clean out my temporary internet files everyday, so i don’t see what that has got to do with it

That is nothing close to being “proof”. It shows that the game says that you’ve beaten E on keyboard but not on mouse. It is very possible for “nothing happened, you’ve never beaten E on keyboard and that you’re trying to use this supposed glitch to have a free badge” to be the case. as much as “everything you say is the truth”.

Looks a little fishy doesn’t it? I suppose you’re referring to the bonus points for sending waves early, and the contradiction between finishing with lives left and such a low score? Not that I know how many points you should have after level 100, but I have heard you don’t need to beat the game for 12,000 points.

I’m pretty sure that he should of gotton the badge.
