help~my chat room disappear

it can works at Oct..now there just be a gray area.
and i have reinstalled flashplayer.now i use the 10.0.12.36,it is the newest version.
about the port…i can ping the chat.kongregate.com,but i dont know how to confirm the port 5222 isnt be blocked.

maybe kongregate can make a button or something else to refresh or reconected the chatroom.i think this idea must be cool~;P

I have a problem too, I cant see the box were you type in.

I got the same problem. Yesterday everything worked perfectly whilst today the chat is infunctional. And no I didn’t install/uninstall anything. I use Firefox. Testing IE gives me the same result. Uninstalling Flash and reinstalling latest version did not solve it. :/

It’s not disappearing. Your firewall settings are just wrong. Be sure that your firewall setting isn’t set to high.
