I'm unable to earn points or achievements

it seems that any time i complete the requirements for an achievement i never get the achievement, ill put it this way i’v played countless games on this site and yet i’m still only level one, either i need to give up gaming or there’s something terribly wrong here. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this for me. Thanks

Are you connected to the chat? An achievement may fail to award either due to connection issues or an in-game API problem.

Being connected to chat isn’t really an indicator anymore, since it’s now optional. Reports are really useful, but only really good for the odd time here and there that the API isn’t co-operating. If consistently achievements aren’t being awarded, reporting them all is just using a bandaid and is t solving the root problem.
