We've gotten some really great feedback about the offer wall and we are super happy players have been excited to see this feature in-game.
We are aware of a few issues. Most notably, we're working with the provider to improve support and remove problematic offers.

If your issue is not resolved by Iron Source (SS), you can contact our support team and we can investigate further.
Submitting tickets helps us track specific issues and allows us to reply back to you if we need or have any additional information about the problem.

I sent in a support ticket but haven't heard any reply.
I bought the gem pack from deal dash (can provide evidence) and never receieved any gems. Fairly upset by this as it cost money and time, as opposed to the simple download an app offers.
Please credit me the gems.

When did you send in the support request to our team? They are experiencing higher volume than normal, so it could take a day or two to hear back.

Same here with deal dash, bought 30$ but didnt get anything. No word back from any tickets(i think one kongregate one animation throwdown one ss) im worried i might not get it and now im debating canceling the deal dash purchase but i dont want to lose my chance at the gems i should have earned :( not fun at all. I just wish someone would reply to me

Hey ShinyMetal, I have now sent 5 or 6 emails (3 in the same chain) to your support because the immediate reply doesn't address the issues and they DO NOT follow up or address any replies to their less than useful responses. I had two credit card sign up offers that have now been going for well over 60 hours without gems. The support tickets are a waste of time and I've accepted that I got screwed on this one.

I'm not even sure how they can fix this issue...
I have an Ad Block installed on my phone that uses a local VPN. The ad video for bonus's in-game works so I never thought about it when offer wall came out.
I have installed several games and ran them then notice I have not received any gems, even after restarting the game.
I then thought my AdGuard may have something to do with that and disabled it. Offers then worked properly, but ONLY the ones I have not tried when AdGuard was up. The ones I tried with AdGuard on doesn't work, even now when I have it switched off. I've been to the reporting section and read the fine prints. My VPN would prevent proper tracking of these offers but now I have a wall of offers that do not work and I cannot refresh or scroll to see other offers I can try.
Is it possible to show more offers than just 1 page?

Sent in two tickets three days ago. Heard back on one the next day, which basically just told me to sit tight and let them know when 24 hours passed. Since 24 hours had already passed by the time they sent me that e-mail, I told them so and haven't heard anything back for either ticket.

Ss answered my request with refused just now. Saying itbcouldnt prove i did it. I immediately answered with a screen shot of my receipt with time date name purchase amount. Havent heard back in a few hours since then :(

Hulu,offer won't let me get past signing up. After I give email name pass, it won't let me select age, gender or continue on step 3. Also it don't look like there's no free trial, there's 2 options 7.99 and 11.99 I believe

I'll add myself to the list of complaints about the offer wall. I signed up for DealDash, bought a package and never received any gems. I contacted Kongregate and Supersonic. The former asked for a screenshot, the latter rejected my ticket and asked for proof. I sent proof to both and have not heard anything back. Needless to say, I won't be using the offer wall again and I'm not thrilled with the way this whole thing is run.

Contacting support over this was nothing but a waste of time. I was told to wait 24 hours (it's been 4 days) and that if that doesn't work, to take it to Supersonic, even though I had explained they had already refused my request.
Why tell people to contact support if you're just going to refer us back to those scammers at Supersonic anyway? Just say you're washing your hands on the matter, it will save everyone time.

Now u cant even get into the free gem wall and when it was open itd crash anytime i tried attaching images to the tickets i was submitting to try and get them gems
