Forgot you had support staff in the first place between the promise of new content.. (none besides challenges that are basically the same with different pictures) and the week+ with no response or with no resolution for support tickets. Hadn't played in a couple days, just log on to check for new stuff... This game was fun for a week or two with exciting new content... Kind of just dragged for a month. Spent more on this game than any other on playstore, unfortunately it's time to move on to another game =[ I'm sure allot of other players feel this way but their comments get deleted or locked. Sorry shiny you've been a great mod, thanks for your dedication!

Really think they missed a trick with this game. It could have been huge if only the content were there. I mean, to have Guilds and then not have a Guild event since the game started. Such a shame.

New content is coming, but the team is taking some time to properly QA the additions as well as work on some other remaining issues/bugs.
Can you contact me in a PM if you have an outstanding ticket that has yet to be resolved? Sometimes tickets go to spam folders or accounts are associated with emails that are no longer relevant. I can escalate any unresolved ticket issues.
