there are alot providers that do offer the same service as supersonic, maybe its time to look forward and move on

I know you guys have some contract with supersonic, but at this rate (lots of un delivered gems, slow support etc) they have done so much bad by you that maybe you should consider breaking up (i know it's heartbreaking)! I am pretty sure you had some point in there that said when you screw us up this much we can back out! so I say divorce them :D

I completed a casino offer (with 10€ deposit) on november 9th and didn't get my gems yet.
Wrote dozens of emails to SuperSonic with proofs attached, they don't even bother to answer me...
Wrote to your support (november 24th), got a reply that I should reach out to SuperSonic instead, wrote you again that I already DID that, got a reply from you that you will try to reach out to SuperSonic yourself, but you cannot guarantee that my offer will be overturned.
And what happened? Nothing, of course.
I got scammed by SuperSonic, they ignore me, you don't give a rat's ass. Otherwise, you would just credit me my 2952 gems yourself, since that doesn't cost you anything, but would make me very happy...
So your "few hours delay" in not helping me at all won't make a big difference here.

If you are experiencing an issue with a SuperSonic ad, please [check the ad/offer FAQ](https://animationthrowdown.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/234693547-Help-I-am-having-a-problem-with-my-offer-) and contact their support if needed.
If you have contacted our support team and have not received a response and it has been more than a couple of days, please check your Spam folder in case you missed a reply from the team. Otherwise, you can also PM me with your ticket # and email address and I'll ask if they can pull up your issue more quickly.

I am owed over 2500 gems and kongregate refuses to pay out as well. Kongregate and I talked for like 7-10 emails. My phone crashes when I try to load pictures for proof to supersonic and no reply when I email them. Feel like kongregate could care less. It's digital currency, you don't have to pay for it, it's imaginary, please give me what I am owed.

I gave up on my outstanding gems like 2 weeks ago and stopped my bigger purchases with Kong for everything above 10 bucks.
It's just not worth the effort to spend several hours for gems worth 30 bucks. On the other hand I don't feel like rewarding these shady business practises with major purchases of 50 bucks.

Thought I gave the gems another try, 3 apps installed guess what, all were rejected. Stop wasting our time with SS. Sometimes you need to divorce, the children will understand.

Tried to download a game for an offer today, it took me to a virus webpage, not even to any download link for a game, not happy with that.
