I'd also be interested in a time frame for this. It seems like it might be the most interesting part of the new content.
AND, will we get to know our actual rank on that leader board even if we aren't in the top 100? Or will it just say "top 1%" like the Google play leaderboard?

I'm just going to take a wild educated guess. Mythics - will take 1000 stones just like legendaries and epics do to create a card. The only true unknown here is how much will 1 legendary give you, and are all legendaries equal in value. Let's take a wild guess and say one legendary sold is a +5. And is goes up as it is leveled so a level 6 legendary not fused is +11. A single fused level 6 is like +20. Double fused maxed out +35 - +45 maybe even 50. If these numbers seem high then maybe it takes 2000 stones instead of 1000. All a guess.
