I understand the frustration but everything the community has complained and asked for the developers have worked on and implemented fixes. I feel in time they will come up with a solution. Again I understand your frustration and I'm not trying to strike a nerve. We can all keep our fingers crossed

Interested to see how this will all play out. Everyone should be patient and see what happens before rushing to judgement.
When will we find out about the tier rewards for the pre-reset rankings?

Hope they don't give too much stuff or the good stuff to top 10, because, you know...
If they skip and don't give stuff to top 10 then it would be better and would mean the Devs understand us and hear us.

Do you mean 19:00 GMT which is when brawls usually change over? (Same as 18:00 UTC with British Summer time)

People seems to never get that right, and since I'm from Portugal (0 GMT) I found that frustrating, always need to check that twice to know if it's not wrong.

SFC or super fight club is something that you reach after level 16 in the arena, as a person who is new to the game it won't have any effect on your game play :)

I am so sorry about the confusion. 18:00 is the correct time, I have edited my original post.

Did only the level 16 players get the golden turds? Everyone else not at level 16 should be pissed... The rich gets richer...

Would have liked to have seen a tiered rewards chart for final SFC rankings instead I get my 2000 GTs with little info. Curious to know if the top 10 received anything and if so what?

Why exactly would you be pissed? It's a matter that only concerns SFC, not Arena in general.

He probably got confused about the siege reward turds?

The matchmaking as it was before this reset was completely bogus. There is better matchmaking in the Peter-Assment challenge, quite honestly.
I would routinely win 3 or 4 in a row, only to be presented with an opponent that has a hero two levels above mine, Mythic cards, and a deck FULL of maxed out pre-combo legendaries. It's like a new boxer to the semi-pro circuit suddenly getting matched with Muhammad Ali after a couple of wins. Absurd and frustrating.
Even that wasn't consistent, however. One day I was knocked down from almost 1400 to under 1000 after being matched against one after another after another that was 5 weight classes above my own. The next day I was able to quickly climb back up to mid 1200's. Grrr.
Hopefully these changes will mitigate that nonsense.

How does the matchmaking work anyway? Has anyone figured it out? Is it done using crowns?
IMO, there should be a fairly tight matchmaking range. Something like a -5%/+10% crowns range would be an OK range.

Someone in an earlier/related post mentioned matching up the playing deck.
Personally, I would program some sort of total "power" rating that includes:
1. Hero level
2. Arena level
3. Cards in the active deck
For the cards, it could assign a power level to each card based on current card stats, ignoring BGE.
The hero and arena levels aren't nearly as important as the card levels. I've seen some level 7 heroes with Mythic cards and maxed out pre-combo cards. (Hey, everyone spends money on their favorite hobby/passtimes.)
Then it becomes about strategy and some dumb luck of the draw instead of just absurdly overpowered cards.
