Beating endurance on epic fields, what gives with the maximum score?

So I’m gradually going for the absolute max score on every field, doing 1-2 fields each day. Today I did field D10, the first epic field

I beat it on max settings with every single amulet, so I would normally expect a score of around 15 million, yet I only got 400,693 experience.

What’s up with that, anybody else get a really low score like that?

There is difference between endurance multiplier and summon multiplier.
On epic fields you get summon multiplier, (killed/(killed-summoned))^0.63 capped on 50 on epic fields only.
So, to get max score on epic field you need to get all amulets and then summon until (killed-summoned)=1.
Again, amount of killed must be bigger than summoned amount.

I’m sorry, I don’t quite follow what you’re trying to say.

Are you trying to say my multiplier is (Total kills / (Total Kills minus Total Summons) to the power of .63?

What you’re saying sort of makes sense because when I divide that 50 by roughly 3.3(roughly what I remember my multiplier being), it equals the ratio of my score compared to the roughly 15 million max score the gemcraft wiki posts.

Yeah, I beat it now. I was labouring under the impression that I had to beat endurance to get the max score, and not just end it as soon as I get all the amulets.
