Need help!!!

I need to know how to Upload a game here

I suggest you read the documentation available in Kongregate’s Developer Center, as you have completely missed it. In my case, there’s a link shown at the bottom of this very page – I can only assume you have the same thing available to you.

The most important factor, is once your game is complete – because if it’s not complete, it’s not time to upload it – is to export from Stencyl to a SWF file. That file can be uploaded to Kongregate as long as it meets the requirements set forth by Kongregate. To give you the opportunity to review those requirements and the other vital information for developers on Kongregate, I’ll not link you directly. Again, I suggest you go to the above link and review the appropriate information before proceeding.

But make sure you have your game exported as a SWF file. In Stencyl you do this in the Publish section at the top of the screen, then go down to “Export Game As…” and the choose SWF.
