Have not recived an in-game award

I have recently completed the “creature carnage” task in the game “Backyard Monsters.” Now, this was supposed to unlock me the game’s only healer available to lower levels (vorg) something I need desperately to stay ahead

I was able to see Vorg as a producible monster when I first unlocked it, but have found that I can no longer do this

I’m not sure if you can fix this, however, I would like some resolution on this case

Edit: I had it for a second, and was able to produce a few, but re-freshening the page made it go away again, I’m sorry to keep posting in an off-topic forum, but I would like help with this

Well, you could try posting this in the BYM forums if you really want help. You can’t get much here.
