EDIT: i want people to join, so im allowing everyone to join. the catch is, you MUST be 30+ if you are more than IP 7000. 25+ if 6000, and 22 for 5500- lower. f you are LOWER than 2336 ( my ip ) simply enter for a 100% chance of enter. currently, ALL are frendly ( including skullbraker FOR NOW ) until 1. president and 3 members. OR 2. somebody in another alliance says that that alliance will be neautral. if yoy declare war: think of it like this: im 1 man. in fcking screwed

EDIT: also remember that everyday your older in BYM….. 2 months maybe most people here can join… ( old also acts like a natural higher level filter )

Cedric, don’t let icee in. He has very bad rep. You’re lucky, as a new alliance, to have support from/ be neutral with larger alliances. If you let icee in, this alliance will be gone in a week at most.
